Hiring Charges From 1st October 2023

Per Session Charges 

Main Hall (Including use of Main Kitchen & Stage) - £70.00

Peggy Pike Room - £40.00

Anna Clayton Room - £25.00

Use of Alcohol Licence - £5.00

Professional Kitchen Supplement - £55.00
  
Mary Elgar Room - £10.00

Notes :

• Session times are as follows: Morning: 8 am to 1 pm; Afternoon: 1 pm to 6 pm; Evening: 6 pm to 11.45 pm. We also offer half sessions (2.5 hours), subject to availability. ·
• The main kitchen can be booked with the Peggy Pike Room if not already booked by a main hall hirer at a cost of £10. Please request when booking. ·
• For professional catering, an additional fee of £55 is payable for the kitchen. ·
• If selling alcohol (subject to the permission of our Designated Premises Supervisor), a £5 fee is payable towards the alcohol licence for both one-off and regular hirers. ·
• We can set up our lighting system, PA system and microphone, if personnel available, for your use at no extra charge. Please request when booking.

BOOKING DEPOSITS AND SECURITY DEPOSITS.

A deposit of 30% is required on booking. This is non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances. You will be invoiced for the balance of the hire fee 6 weeks before the hire.

A security deposit of £200 is payable on all one-off bookings. This will be repaid in full providing all our terms and conditions are met.

Discounts

Residents of Elham Parish - 10% discount on one-off bookings.

Regular hirers: discount depends on usage, as follows:  

Please note that these discount rates are conditional on the hirer committing to using the hall for at least the number of uses for the band of discount received.
