Hire prices and session times
John Neumark Hall: £80 per session, including the Main Kitchen and stage. A staffed bar can be requested when booking; arrangements are agreed separately. Peggy Pike Room: £50 per session. Anna Clayton Room: £30 per session.
Morning: 8am–1pm. Afternoon: 1pm–6pm. Evening: 6pm–11.45pm. Half-sessions of 2.5 hours are available subject to availability.
The professional kitchen supplement is £55. The Main Kitchen can be added to a Peggy Pike Room booking for £15 if it is not already booked with the Main Hall.
A PA system and microphone can be set up at no extra charge if personnel are available. Please request this when booking.

Booking payments and discounts
For standard hire, a 30% deposit is payable on booking and is non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances. The balance is due six weeks before the hire date. Please ask the team about wedding booking and security deposits.
Elham Parish residents receive a 10% discount. Regular hirers can receive 15% for 12 or more uses, 35% for 40 or more, or 50% for 60 or more. The highest applicable discount applies, and hirers must commit to at least the number of uses for that band.
Once a booking is made, Olga will send the hiring agreement, conditions and information for hirers.
If you need to cancel
The Hall applies a sliding scale to the balance of the hiring fee, or to the hire charge for regular hirers: 25% of the hiring fee within one month of the hire date; 50% within two weeks; and no refund less than one week before hire.
Please contact the booking team as soon as possible if your plans change.
